Randy Cole - President
Randy and his wife Renee have lived in Indianapolis since 2001. They have been involved with Asian Partners International since 1995; Renee has made several trips to attend the Women’s Conference, and Randy has been on the APII board for over 10 years. They have a heart for church planting evidenced by their involvement in new church plants in New Jersey and Indianapolis.
As of March 1, 2010, Randy has transitioned from a career in Sales and Marketing for large health-care firms to take a full-time position as President of APII. His ultimate desire in his new position is to obey the commands contained in Mark 10: 42-45 --- to be a servant leader. In order to be a servant leader, one aspires to demonstrate the following qualities: listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, growth and building community.
Randy and Renee have 3 children, Lydia Pruitt, Mallory Rivera, and Jesse Cole. They also enjoy their 4 grandchildren, Andy, Alex, Sarah, and Caleb.
Coby Colley - Director of Development & Operations
Coby and his wife Jennifer have lived in Lubbock, Tx since attending school at Texas Tech University. Their connection with Asian Partners began when Jennifer traveled to India in 2003 with a team from Lubbock to help with the annual Women's Conference. Coby then traveled to India with the ministry in 2005 & 2007. They have 2 sons named Camren and Crew. Coby and Jennifer enjoy Texas Tech sports, traveling, and trying to keep up with their boys.
Coby has been on staff with API since February 2009. He manages the daily office operations, designs marketing materials and the web site, connects churches and individuals with API, and leads mission teams to India.
